The NANO fitness suit can help you reach the result of a full 2-hour long gym workout within 20-25minutes training, while simulating 11 different muscle groups with 30.000 muscle contractions.
We have opted for full mobility with our solution, and wanted to create a product that can give back freedom to our customers. The Nano suit has been developed based on our innovations so that it is thin, comfortable, and one can barely notice that it’s on them. The small size and lightweight of the EMS device gives our customers their freedom back in both mobility and movement. This suit is now without any boundaries.

How long does it take to reach really specious and showy results?
Paying attention to your diet, with 2-3 workouts a week, you can already see the transformation after 10 sessions.
Do I need to move or do some exercises during the training?
Yes, the exercises presented by the personal trainer should be performed according to individual abilities. Performing appropriate exercises coordinated with the rhythm of the impulses significantly enhances the effects of EMS training compared to passive stimulation or exercises performed alone.
Who is leading the training sessions?
Most of our trainings take place with personal trainers (even online) who help you to perform exercises correctly and correct incorrect posture. They introduce and are performing the exercises with you, motivate you, they are helpful and polite! Also, you have the opportunity to train yourself with the exercise sequences that are already familiar to you, only performed with fewer repetitions.
Can I get an eletric shock during the training?
You definitely shouldn´t get an electric shock during the training! Because the device is powered by a safe external battery with low voltage current. The strength of outgoing impulses is a maximum of 0,05 Watt RMS. It is important to follow the professional protocol.
Is 2x20 minutes of training per week enough?
The weekly training time recommended by NANO Fitness is 2×20 minutes. 3 training sessions per week are also allowed, with at least 48 hours of rest between training sessions.
Can more than 3 Nano Fitness workouts be done per week?
It is not recommended, as EMS training requires 2-3 days of regeneration due to the high intensity. It is important to keep the appropriate rest period, avoiding the symptoms of overtraining.
Is there a weight reduction program among the setting options of the Nano Fitness device?
The fat-burning effect does not occur directly. As a result of the intensity of the training, the metabolism increases, and following a suitable diet weight loss and muscle building begin automatically.
Can the Nano Fitness device be used for rehabilitation and physical therapy?
The NANO Fitness is a sport device, not a medical device, but the technology itself comes form physical therapy. It does not overload the joints, so the muscles of the injured part of the body can be developed effectively. Back pain resulting from improper posture and mucle weakness can be improved very nicely.
Are there any exclusionary reasons why it is not recommended to use the Nano fitness?
The device can not be used in case of heart disease, pacemaker, an electrical device implanted anywhere in the body, pregnancy or a tendency to epilepsy or other convulsive attacs.
